It’s in the picture you attached. It says “Summary”. It’s not a tab, it’s the bottom left area.

Not sure what to tell you. You swipe on a dive (on iOS).

On ios select it, edit, delete. On macOS, delete in the corner or File > Delete Selected.

As .TXT, no. You could export a MacDive XML file or UDDF if you wanted and use that as a template.

You need a license for macOS and the iOS version (separate purchases). The iOS version has family sharing enabled, so you can both use it (though you need a multi-user license for macOS).
