Feature Request - half star ratings

Request: enable half-stars for dive ratings.

I am pretty specific about rating my dives and in my paper log books I often have 3.5 or 4.5 out of 5 stars as a rating. iTunes has this capability by using an applescript. If this isn't too difficult to implement it would be great to see half-star ratings available in macdive.

Great to see release 2.05 the other day too! Thanks for all the hard work :D

The standard level indicator that is used doesn't allow for this, but let me look in to a custom one.
