Is there a limit to the number of certifications that can be in Mac Dive?

I've been updating my certs, and every time I add one, one disappears. At the moment, it's 13-4 certifications.

Hello, I just completed my CCR Air Diluent and CCR Helitrox CCR via TDI, but those two are not available. Can you please add them to the TDI drop down menu?

Hello, I recently transferred everyting to a new Mac Studio and I'm having problems with MacDive.

"The operation couldn’t be completed. (NSSQLiteErrorDomain error 11.)"

Any thoughts on what's going on? I'm still good on my laptop and mobile devices.
