Could notes be added to the columns seen in critter list view (OSX)?
Some simple indication if a picture is attached would be helpful as well.

I had some old critter categories, then decided to arrange differently. How do I get rid of these old categories? They are unused and still show up in the category drop down menu when adding or updating a critter. I've tried optimizing my database- the button doesn't seem to do anything.

Hi Morton - I agree! It would be great to have an easyway to upload into the software. I'm trying to bulk import dives first, then wanted to move on to critters. I have set up an Excel worksheet with 950 older dives. I have mapped the data successfully (developer, source, XML source, map the columns...

Works, but too time consuming. A shame a long list of dives can't be added from a worksheet with columns.

It would be way faster for me to use an excel spreadsheet to document the tons of old dives I want to add. If I saved it as a .txt, would I be able to upload the dives? Is there a specific format to map fields? I am hoping to be able to add dive number, date and time, computer, gas, max depth and du...

For the desktop version, it would be nice to have a selection box (draw with cursor) to zoom quickly to a specific area.
Dive icons: can they be colored (vs. gray) to appear more readily against the background?
