Re: When my D6i connected the time will stoped for few minut
For what it's worth, I owned a D6i for a few weeks and noticed this as well. My speculation at the time was that Suunto's software was sending a command to update the time when it closed the connection. Note that I didn't do any protocol analysis to confirm this, so it's just speculation on my part....

Re: Clear certification field
Wow. That's incredibly obvious. I can't believe I didn't think of that...
Thanks Nick!
Thanks Nick!

As a workaround you could add a new certification, assign it, then delete that certification.

Re: Split a dive
You could perhaps export it as UDCF, and then manually split it and create two UDCF files and import those back. Would be a little annoying but it would work? For whatever it's worth, I recently tested this, and I wasn't able to get it to work very well. I exported a dive that I wanted to split to ...

View vs Edit in dive list view
Nick, It's not a major issue, but I keep hitting a confusion issue between the concept of viewing/selecting dives and editing dives in the list mode. There are a few columns in the list mode that show as editable as pull down lists (Site Name, Certification, and Diver). It seems that almost every ti...

Re: OC1 usb connection
Nick, I've isolated the timing issue in libdivecomputer, and sent an email off to Jef regarding a fix. Email is below for your reference. Please let me know if you would still like the sample files. Regards, Denny ----- Jef, I've been diagnosing a problem with MacDive and the Oceanic OC1. You can vi...

Re: OC1 usb connection
Nick,
Apologies for the delay. Here is the file with results, both of a bad run (init fails) and of a good run (lots of output).
Note that there are no stored dives in the computer tested. I can hit the pool and put a dive on, but it will be late next week.
Regards,
Denny

Re: Sync with Dive Log on iPad/iPhone
Btw, I did figure out what this was. It was a certification with an empty certification number field. Once filled in, the problem disappeared. Thanks!
