Suunto D5 fit files

Hello, I switched from a Suunto D5 to a Shearwater Perdix 2 a little over a year ago. I'd love to import the D5 fit files into MacDive, but I can't seem to figure this out. I have all the separate .fit files in a folder. I've tried dragging them into MacDive on MacOS, but no dives get added. I also placed the folder in my iCloud Drive and imported them into the iOS app. I honestly can't interpret the results. Within iOS app, the .fit files are listed in "MY FILES", but when I click on one of the files, it states "No new dives found.". I must be missing something obvious. Thanks in advance!

Only Garmin devices are supported via FIT sorry.
