Good morning!
I am trying to import three dives from last night, from a brand new Mares Puck Pro Ultra (using Mares Puck Pro Bluetooth connections). The dive computer is immediately next to my device. Behavior is the same on my iPhone, my iPad, and my macBook.
If I launch the Mares app on my iPhone, connection is instant, and download begins.
I'd love to be able to do so, as, as far as I know, this is the only way to get the dive profile in as well, but, I just don't see how to make it happen. If I am missing something obvious, could somebody help me out?
Mares Puck Pro Ultra doesn't sync?

Re: Mares Puck Pro Ultra doesn't sync?
Good day to you ftnpenlvr!
I am not sure if this will work for you but it has worked for a few other dive computers. Close the Mares app and the MacDive app on your iPhone or iPad, go to your Bluetooth settings and find the dive computer, tell your iPhone or iPad to forget this device. Then open MacDive and attempt to do the data import like normal. If you still need to use the Mares software for something you can connect to it after MacDive; it might still require you to forget the Bluetooth connection before using it with MacDive again.
In some instances a proprietary software package seems to take control of the Bluetooth connection and not release it for use by MacDive unless the device has been forgotten.
Not sure if this will help you or not.
Good luck!
