SAC rate graph incorrect with doubles

SAC rate graph incorrect with doubles

In 2.2.4, the SAC rate graph does not change when the "double tank" option is selected. The calculated (overall) SAC rate is correctly updated, but the graph is still incorrectly calculated using only a single tank.
