Add referenced images to MacDive folder

Post by henrik »

I only recently ticked the "Let MacDive manage photos" option. Is there a way to make MacDive copy all the images that were added before I ticked that option?

Thanks.

There's not currently. How many photos do you have that you want to move? Are we talking just a few, or significant amounts?

I actually need to fix how this works behind the scenes anyway, to cope with changing Macs - much like I did for certifications/profiles/gear images, which now handle being moved. I could probably look at adding something to do this at the same time, as a convenience.

Just to add, it would be nice to only have one option here - just always store them in MacDives folder. This isn't so helpful for dragging files from other locations (like iPhoto or Aperture) that may have been edited, but it's much simpler to manage.

Not many. I'm not really sure, since they're "hidden" among my 300+ dives. Somewhere between 20 and 50?
