Dive Time is incorrect

HI, i have been using Macdive for a couple of days and all seems good, i imported previous dives with no issues.

After diving this evening i have imported my latest 2 dives, and the duration of both dives is incorrect.

My Suunto Vyper Air shows 47 & 44mins
where as Macdive shows 52 & 51 minutes

All other dives are ok.

Any idea what the issue could be?

Most likely your dive computer is showing you *bottom time* rather than the overall duration.

MacDive tries to remain consistent and just use the overall duration as other types of device record this information differently.

Thanks for the reply, however would that not be the case for the dives that have been imported for this computer?

as all the dive prior to yesterday are correct?

Depends on the various times you imported them. There have been changes to the logic in past updates.

If you feel it is incorrect, please follow the stickied instructions for reporting dive computer data download problems and email me the results, and I will take a look.
