Some wrong data when importing from XDEEP BT

Post by MortenBeier »

Hi MacDive

I have an XDeep BT (Timer). When I generate an UDDF file and import the .xml file to MacDive I have a few issues:

Why does MacDive insist on giving the new dives numbers starting at 1, when all previously imported dives have been renumbered?

Something goes wrong when MacDives calculates the duration. When I look into the .xml the data are correct (3090 seconds) but the duration indicated by MacDive is wrong (62minuttes).

I have chosen Imperial units, but under "Manage Tank/Gases" the working pressure for the tank is stated in PSI.

SAC rate shows very high value when I use my 2x12 tanks (defined as 24l, 2900PSI (200 bar)). For example 62min dive, avg 20m, 120bars consumed shows SAC rate = 31l/min (should have been 15l/min). All dives with 10l tanks are calculated right.

The surface intervals are not taken from the .xml and shows 00:00 for all dives imported to MacDive.

The temperature data are imported (visible in graph) - but the values in "Temp High" and "Temp Low" are identical and don't equal either the minimum nor maximum values, which can be seen in the graph.

I tried to attach the .xml file from my latest dive, but .xml are not allowed. Let me know if you want me to send the file via e-mail.

Looking forward to hearing from you - All the best :-)
