First off, I am a relatively new diver, especially to the digital side of this lifestyle, so when I downloaded DM4 from Suunto, I was impressed with the apparent polish of the software and its ability to quickly display what I wanted to see. Then I found MacDive . I didn't realize all the useful features that I was missing, the sync abilities between computers, gear tabs, pictures, cert's, etc. are such thoughtful additions and what now seem like no brainers. So good job and well done!
One request is navigation among fields [when adding divers, gear, certs, etc.]: I would like it to obey the Mac OSX setting for tabbing between all fields. As a former windows user, advanced spreadsheet user, and a general "mouse" avoider, I tab between fields naturally. It was a surprise when I tabbed from my name to the next field only to find it "reactivating" the current field, ready to overwrite what I'd written there, rather than move to the next field.
Keep up the good work!
Usage Feature perhaps...

I noticed the other day that some of the tabbing behaviour is.. interesting. I'll look in to it for you, as it irks me also, as a fellow mouse avoider-er.
And thank you for the kinds words!

thank you for the rapid response! I look forward to the update. Another thought I had was iCloud integration. is that of interest to family pack users or on the roadmap? no response needed. I purchased the family license last night...I couldn't wait.

Yep, I am working on this at the moment. A lot of the recent updates have contained tweaks and things that are slowly preparing the database for more efficient cloud syncing, so it's in progress, just a pretty complex task.
I have done some prototyping though, and it is pretty cool.
