is there any chance to add a feature to print the logbook pages and, especially, the summary on A5 pages instead of A4? That would allow for the pages to be added to most of the standard log book binders.

Nope, but I'll try tomorrow.
It's an option, but it has very limited chance to customize the printed page. Some options to give more flexibility on the print layout would be great to have
