Suunto Vyper won't download dives to Mac on 10.6.8 iOS

Hi,

I downloaded the trial version of Mac Dive because I'm looking for an online dive log for my Suunto Vyper to use on my Macbook running 10.6.8.

But when I plug in my Vyper to the USB port and try to download dives, it gives me Header Information error (-7).

What is wrong here?

Is your Vyper in PC transfer mode?

There is a number of suggestions in Troubleshooting Downloads in the help too for common issues.
