I tried the trial version and it downloaded my last five dives without issue. I then purchased a license. It will still only download my last five dives. I saw the FAQ that suggested I delete my dives and try again.... but each time, it only downloads my last five dives.
I would really appreciate some help quickly as the capacity of my OC1 is only 25 dives and is full... and I am heading on vacation where I will be diving - I don't want to lose the data that is currently on my computer.

Do you get an error message, or just "Import Complete"?
I'd wager you have your sample rate set very low (2 seconds) and the device is full. You'll probably want to set it to something a bit less aggressive, like 15 seconds. At 2 seconds you can only store 4-5 dives unfortunately. They have a *very* limited memory capacity. If you want to record at 2 seconds you really need to download every couple of dives to make sure that you don't miss them.
