Feature Request: Smart DiveLogs by Start Time of day

I'd like to be able to make a Smart Divelog that selects night dives. It would be nice to be able to include all dives that start before/after a specified time of day (eg. dives that start between 6pm and midnight).

I, personally, just apply the "Night" tag (as well as a host of others) under the dive type when I enter the dive info.
