The Veo cable, and the Pro Plus 3 cable.
They have Oceanlog on Windows, or Diverlog on Mac. You can use either to verify that your device downloads as expected officially.

Tried the official Oceanic software and got Time Out.
I am now trying to find out if the cable is the wrong one. It is 4.9600 ver 1

It's the cable. The factory rep said it was the right one. It is not

new cable did the trick- up and running perfectly. Enjoying the software too.
