Exporting my dives to have a backup and contemplating on what to use. As I’m a Shearwater user I’m open to suggestion. Tried subsurface but I don’t like the UI.
I consider MacDive a lost cause no responses from the author or any support for almost 2 years, that is probably already enough signs.

At least the author could do is put the code on GitHub and open source it

Agreed, it’s been suggested several times.

Anyone do Avalonia C# development?
Hi ScubaMike!
I have not used Avalonia C# although I have used a bunch of C, C++, Objective C, and C# environments in the past. I am currently working on learning Swift.
What did you have in mind?
Have fun and great diving!

I found Submersion, it has potential and imports MacDive dive logs

Check out BlueDive — a free, source-available app for Apple platforms with support for MacDive imports (dives and gear). The Shearwater Perdix 3 is fully supported, with a much more modern UI. Website:
https://www.bluedive.app. Open to any feedback on missing features.

Good day to all of you!
I am in the process of transitioning to BlueDive. It is a very nice app that is getting better and better each month. The developers are very responsive and keep adding new features all the time. Importing Dives and gear from MacDive works really well at this time. Once they get full critter support (have a good system so far but not able to import full details from MacDive yet) it will have everything I need to fully transition from MacDive. Also, being source available means that we will never need to worry about it being abandoned as anyone can keep it going in the future.
Have a great day everyone!
