I bought a used Suunto HelO2, and performed an import in MacDive. It imported all the old dives from the computer, and I deleted them in MacDive. The problem now is that MacDive always imports the old dives whenever I perform a new import. Is there a way to avoid that? A "don't import dives before this date: dd-mm-yyyy" option would be nice.

Change your import mode to "Only import new dives" instead of "Import all dives" or "Import any dives that have not been imported".

With this option, as soon as an existing dive is found the import will stop, rather than carrying on and finding all the others.
