I just updated from 2.1.1 to the latest version and noticed that the graph showing PSI/min has been replaced with a graph just showing PSI. Is there any way to get the old graph back? That seemed much more useful than just seeing start air and stop air with a line connecting them. I liked to be able to see which parts of my dive I breath heaviest so that I can try to improve my breathing habits.

That's what the sac rate graph is for. It gives you much better data for what you are after - the actual usage/minute with atmospheres taken into account. PSI/min was pretty useless, so it was changed to just an overall picture of the air in the tank.
