Manually adjusting/"sanitizing" temp. graph data

Hi,
I'm very nitpicky (is that a word?
) about my data and graphs and this one thing has been nagging me for a while, which you can see very nicely on this profile:
What's happening is that in the in the first few seconds/minutes the computer itself hasn't yet adjusted to the water/outside temperature because it was on my wrist.
Is there a way/would it be possible to create a way to somehow get rid of that initial "peak" that almost every dive has, like manually adjusting the graph (or even the data itself?)
