If have all of my 2012 dives logged into Mac Dive with my Veo 3.0 computer. I about to replace that computer with the Cobalt. As far as MacDive is concerned, it should be seamless, right? Just need to update the drivers for the Atomic Cobalt and move on?

Yes. The only thing you will need to do, after you download the first dives in your Cobalt, is adjust the starting dive number. Check the help under Dive Numbering, it is covered there.
