Hollis DG 03 download issues

Hi,
I've downloaded the required driver for the Hollis DG03 to use with MacDive; however, on my normal user profile on my Mac, it says Import Error Failed connecting to dive computer on serial port '/dev/tty.usbserial-ST000001' (Error Code: -6). Now, when I tested it on my new iMac, it works just fine, and it works fine on this computer when I'm using the Guest account. All I can think is that something is blocking the USB port from seeing the computer. My Suunto works on it just fine, even still now with the errors from the Hollis.
Any suggestions?
