New Connection problem

My Oceanic proplus 3 with Macdive has worked very well, UNTIL TODAY.
When I try to upload, the Oceanic screen goes from the PC display to all 8's, as in self check mode, and will go no further.

Mac 10.9.5
MacDive 2.3.5

HI,

Well, nothing has changed at all on the MacDive side. Do you have a low battery? Is your cable clean and not damaged in any way?

The help has a number of suggestions under Troubleshooting Downloads, but maybe your battery is low. That often causes issues downloading where things had worked previously.

Weird, but when I looked at the application, I got the error connecting message, yet the dives were actually transferred anyway. Go figure!

Unit is only 5 months old, has 22 dives. Still think battery issue?

What was the error?

If you got a connection error, no dives would have been transferred, so it must have been something else.

thanks for your response. Maybe it connected once, long enough to transfer the files. Will try it again on next dives.

I really enjoy looking at the dives and the stats.
