Unable to download dives from Zoop

When I try to download my dives from my Suunto Zoop I get a "Could not detect a valid serial port" message.
I have a MacBookPro running OS 10.10.1
I have wiggled the cables but still can not download.
Any suggestions?

You need to install the appropriate usb driver for your cable as linked -
