MacDive 2.3.6, Mac OS X 10.10.1. I went on a trip recently without my dive gear a did a few dives. I'm trying to add those dives manually using Gear Icon -> New Dive, but nothing happens when I choose it. I also tried File -> New Item, and nothing happens then, either. How do I add new dives manually?

Possibly related, I did go to Preferences -> Advanced and clicked "Optimize Database". Nothing discernible occurs when I do so.

The dive has been added. Sort by date and look at the latest dive.

Doh! You're right. Sorry to bother.

No problem, this comes up reasonably frequently, so it's obviously not super intuitive. I'll look at making it scroll to the latest or some such, once I get back from holiday.
