trouble synching multiple divers from Divelog iOS to MacDive

Hi,
I have two dive logbooks (users) set in in Divelog for iOS and would like to synch both into Macdive. The first works fine, then I switch the divelog to the next user in DiveLog APP and sync again. However, that second diver does not make it into Macdive.
Most dive dates / sites are identical except air consumed, depth etc. as me and my buddy-wife do those dives together...
Any idea?

Hello
You will need to change your syncing from "All Dives" to "Selected Dive Logs" and change the diver. That should cause it to pick the correct diver. Otherwise it will pick the first, or the one with the most dives.
If you continue to have problems, please refer to the section on reporting sync problems in the help, specifically, I would need your data files to investigate further.
Thanks

Thanks, the way I managed to fix it was by resetting the sync ID. They are now in. This was for the couple dives we made on rented computers. Over the next days I hope to get our dives form our Cressi Leonardo's on there - which I understand will be yet another challenge....
Time for Apple to build a dive computer

Sorry, I have to come back on this topic. I am still not getting two divers to synchronize properly to Dive Log.
The first user works fine. Then I switch to the logbook of the next diver in Dive Log, select dives of the other user to synch in MacDive and press sync. After that MacDive is just stuck at "Preparing new Database..." And nothing happens for minutes until I abort the process.
I'd be grateful if you could have a look into this.
Thanks

That is resolved in the latest beta, please email support for a link.
Thanks

many thanks Nick. The Beta indeed solves this issue. I just noticed two small things performing the sync:
1.) I have filled the "Dive Operator" field in MacDive. That does not seem to sync to "Dive Base" in DiveLog. Any reason?
2.) I had fine-tuned some GPS coordinates for my dive sites in DiveLog. After the sync they are all overwritten again with the "old" GPS data from MacDive
Thanks again for looking into it.

Stupid question, but where do I find that sync log?

Hello
You will see "Dives" and "Gear" at the bottom of the sync screen, after your device is connected. You should verify the changes and make any adjustments before clicking "Sync".
For further information and screenshots, please consult the Dive Log Sync Guide in the Help.
Thank You

Thanks, I've now figured out how to do this for GPS data, however as far as Dive Operator / Dive Base is concerned there is no option in the sync dialog which way the sync should be performed. At the moment the Dive Operator in MacDive keeps getting ignored by Dive Log.
Another question on the fringes: Any reason you're using Google Maps rather than Apple Maps? I am getting much better satellite views of most dived locations in Dive Log, so assume that may be using Apple Maps?
