Hi there,


I have the good old Suunto Vyper
the newest dives get downloaded with no problems then I keep getting error code -7 failed to read dive computer memory.
'dives that have not been imported' and 'only new dives' makes no difference.

- used cable: usb, from smartinterface
- latest drivers installed, updating from a previous version didn't solve the problem
- macdive 2.3.8, updating from a previous version didn't solve the problem
- OSX 10.10.5

The programm used to work fine back a few months ago, I can't remember of anything I've really changed since then.

So you're saying that it connects and downloads, but then stops before being able to download all of the dives?

If that's the case, can you please follow the instructions here:

And email the results through to me?
