Issue with Sherwood Amphos

I am getting the following error while trying to import dives from a Sherwood Amphos:

Failed connecting to dive computer on serial port '/dev/tty.usbserial-20030001' (Error Code: -7)

This worked a few weeks ago and nothing has changed. I have verified that the battery is OK. Any thoughts?

Is the cable plugged in upside down? This is a common cause of that error message. Sounds silly, some devices the cable fits both ways but only works one way.

Nothing has changed with it, so I'd say it's the cable or battery (which you've checked). Either plugged in upside down, or just a bad connection, try jiggling it around.
