Installed driver than MAC-Dive software, after setup done in advanced preferences, connected the dive computer: Tries import > message now: failure to read header information Error Code -7

Have you read the User Guide? Specifically "Troubleshooting Downloads": http://mac-dive.com/help/mac_03_03_troubleshooting.php

If so, what have you tried so far?
