NItekQ - Not finding serial ports

NItekQ - Not finding serial ports
I just bought Macdive, and I'm trying to set it up with my NitekQ dive computer, but I keep getting the "no serial ports found" error. I have gone through the advanced preferences and tried refreshing with my computer in PC mode, but still nothing. How to I enter either the port override or get the app to detect my computer?

Most commonly this is due to the USB cable, try a couple of different ones.
