I am using a Cobra 3 and try to download dives from the Cobra 3 to my iPhone. The Cobra 3 does not go to data transfer and an error 5 occurs. When I retry it doesnt even try to connect my computer.

The error is, obviously, most likely because it's not even going in to transfer mode - it's a timeout.

Sounds like a connection issue, but you could drop an email to support. We can work through some debugging steps and see if we can spot anything.
