Hello,

Can you please go to Tools > Send Diagnostic Info. Choose "d9" as the device, click begin, and when it's done, click Email.

I need to make a minor update to handle the new firmware, I was waiting for some test data. Apologies for the inconvenience - it will be a quick fix however.
