Hi All! I’ve been using Mac-Dive on my MacBook Pro for a few years now and absolutely love it. Had some questions at first and emailed the developer and got immediate help. So, love the app and love the customer service.

Just bought the iOS version tonight and synced my dive data from the MacBook Pro to my iPhone and iPad and ran into a couple of things:

1. It will not transfer of dive certification. And, when I manually add it and click done, it doesn’t save.
2. The dives don’t show up under my profile but are in the log.

Can anyone shed some light on what I may be doing wrong?

One issue may simply be that you have multiple divers (iOS will create one by default). You can check on macOS and delete the duplicates, or delete them on iOS as well (or just switch to your main one). For example, it might be that you are viewing a different diver than you think you are.
