"Join dives" on iOS devices?

Would it be possible to add "join dive" functionality to iOs devices?
I like to travel with just iPad and it is an annoyance that I can't fully complete my logbook until I get home.

Oh I like it!
I often assist with Open Water classes and end up surfacing for a short time while wrangling students. This will help me alot as I only use Mac-Dive on my iPhone.

Had to surface mod dive a few times to wrangle students back to the group. The join dives feature in 1.3.12 worked perfectly.
