Scubapro Aladin GPS info

Hi all. New to diving and this forum. I bought a Scubapro Aladin Matrix and started using the Logtrak program supplied with the computer. Afterwards I realised that the GPS info does not appear on the dive log, although a blanked out Google earth map is present. I have downloaded a trial version of macdive and imported five dives but again no GPS is shown. Is this due to the functionality of my dive computer, the limitations of the trial version of macdive or am I missing something else. Any guidance is much appreciated.
