Dive Site pull down?

Hi,
I love the new 2.0 version. Just have a problem with the Dive site pull down
It is populated with all 45 sites from 5 countries, 25 locations and 38 sites..
However i can't seem to find anywhere how to add a new dive site?
What am i missing?
It would also make more sense to me to have 3 input fields, possibly with auto-suggesting based on the country and location, but this single pull down is not working...
