When I switch from "All Dives" to "Sites Map" the flags for Cairns/Australia are missing. I don't know if other flags are missing too. I have to jump between some Library entries and back to "Sites Map" to see those flags.

That's odd. Can you tell me exactly what your country/location/site is called? I just added an Australia/Cairns/Test Site and it seemed to load. Perhaps you could send me your MacDive.sqlite file so I can take a look?
(I seem to be always asking this, but it makes things a lot easier to diagnose with your actual data!)
