2025 are the mobile app and desktop versions still working ?

Hi mac dive support,
I have been using the mobile app and the desktop software for 15+ years and absolutely love it.
I have a problem with the mobile app, I have just opened the app after a while of non use to see that none of my info, logged dives or anything at all is showing up, which is very strange.
Can you advise on how I can get all my info showing as if used to ?

My dives are still showing on the apps.
However, the app is not on the iOS App Store anymore :/
Really disappointed with the maintenance, it's a pity, because the apps are really nice.

Purchased a new multi-user license and having trouble getting syncing to work on Dropbox. Unresponsive email support and forum. I hope this isn't the end of the line. Great product, best UI in the biz. Now what?

Hello! Try to reset the app or see if your account is in sync. Often, logging out and then in again can help. If that fails, reach out to tech help; it could be a problem with the server.

Sadly, it seems time for replacement apps — I am very surprised that Nick or the other administrator refuses to update the community one way or the other (dead or alive).
Put the code out on GitHub or another repository and see if someone will pick it up.
To just ghost the entire community is far from what he had been. Life and real jobs happen, but just let people here know.

Please check that both the mobile app and desktop software are updated, ensure you're logged into your account with syncing enabled, and confirm you have a stable internet connection. Sometimes, closing and reopening the app can also help. If these steps don’t resolve the issue, try to reach out

Got locked out of my desktop version..need to edit some logs there. Wrote to support. No reply whatsoever.
