Many duplicated dives, different RMV/SAC

I have many, many duplicated dives, they look identical to me down to Air Used, but the SAC and RMV are slightly different between the two... which I fail to understand. How can that be?
But most importantly, is there some way to merge these, or delete one of them? I have 500 such pairs and really don't want to do this by hand.
