I bought macdive for one computer, my macbook. I sold it and bought a new one. Now I can't import any dives, because I have to register first. What do I have to do?

Reinstall the license that you backed up somewhere safe.

No, you only have to install the license once.

But of course if you change computers, you will need to re-install it on the new one.
