.....but I am not receiving any e-mail
hmmm.....always get a bad feeling when this happens.
Anybody can help me?

the problem solved itself, I finally received the email - I guess it just took a while longer than announced.

They should pretty much turn up instantly, but as always the payment site could have been experiencing heavy load/problems/maintenance etc etc.
