US state flags

Since you've started to have flags for places like Chuuk & England and other subnational places, would it be possible to add flags for US states & Canadian provinces ?

If you list the country as USA the flag shows up- but I'm with you I wish the flag would trigger for US or United States too - I'm one of those people that prefers to write out United States- but then you don't get the flag.

I'll see if I can find a set of icons. How do you structure your country names in this case? Do you write "California" or "California, USA" or what?
(The next patch will actually now find the US flag for "California, USA").

I would just use the state name such as California, Hawaii, or New York. For me the country is implied. Just like I wouldn't say England, UK.
