Vyper Air

I have licensed macdive program and I have also received message that the program is registered. When I connect the Vyper Air to my MacBook Pro it is not finding the USB port. What can be the reason.

It is actually telling the following message.
"could not detect a valid serial port"

Have you read the Troubleshooting Downloads guide under help?

Have you installed an appropriate USB driver?
