To back up or copy your existing MacDive data, locate it in your Application Support folder.

This is located here:

/Users/your username/Library/Application Support/MacDive/

To access this folder:

1. Click on the Finder in your dock.

2. Click on the "Go" menu at the top of your screen.

3. At the bottom of this menu, select "Go to folder.."

4. Paste in the following and press enter: ~/Library/Application Support/

From here, you can either back up the whole MacDive directory, or you can open the MacDive directory to selectively back up files (eg, just your data and not your photos).
