Tips and Tricks

iTunes File Sharing

MacDive provides you convenient access to your primary data files and images through iTunes File Sharing.

From iTunes, select your device, and select Apps from the sidebar. From there you can scroll down to File Sharing and select MacDive from the list of Apps. You'll see various MacDive files in the Documents area.

You can use this for various reasons including manually backing up your data or images, manually migrating data to MacDive, etc.

Requesting Support

If you run in to a bug or have any other issue related to your logbook, it can be very helpful to send us the data in question so that we can track down the problem quickly. If that's the case, access your data using iTunes File Sharing as described above and simply drag/drop the file MacDive.sqlite in to an email to support@mac-dive.com.
